Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Process

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no cost or issue a refund.
